Tangkap, tangkap. Jangan tak tangkap. Part II

In my May 8 posting with the same caption, I demonstrated how utterly disgusted I was with Zambry "the Zombie" of Perak, aided by lapdogs such as the Key Chain Hee and Lord Ganesan, for staging the coup de tat in Perak, right under the noses of Lord Siva and Mohd Nizar, the People's legally-elected Menteri Besar.

Politics and politicans aside, as that is the expected behaviour of power-hungry politicians, but what is more disgusting and unacceptable now is the antics and nonsensical conduct of Umno's chief goon and lapdog, Musang IGP and his band of Police Farce.

It seems now that he has successfully transformed Malaysia into a Police State, with his new-found "operasi tangkap, tangkap, tangkap, jangan tak tangkap". Of course with the blessings of his political masters la.

But the beauty with this operation is not directed towards the criminal kingpins who have been terrorizing the neighbourhood, nor the menacing "mat rempits", nor the bothersome glue-sniffers and the likes or the so-called extremists per se.

No. It's not.

It's against concerned ordinary citizens like you and me - who dare to voice out our dissappointment, frustration, objection and opposition to the ruling coalition's whims and fancies.
It's agaisnt the concernd ordinary citizens like you and me as tax-paying citizens - who are opposed to the oppressive and suppressive policies and practices they idolized.

It's against the concerned ordinary citizens like you and me - members of the oppositon parties, sympathisers of the opposition parties, and also against non-member and non-sympathisers of the opposition parties but who are opposed to the BN's policies and corrupt practices.

It looks like that Musang IGP and his Police Farce have an secret mission - to wipe out whoever are opposed to BN from this country called 1Malaysia.

This secret mission is believed to have hatched after the infamous PR12, where they were wiped out in Penang, Kedah, Selangor, Perak and of course, Kelantan. And since the Perak's debacle, the mission intensified. How else can they stop a legally-elected MB from being accepted by the electorates.

Musang IGP and his band of Police Farce can deny that. They can keep denying and denying. They always do. They can come out with thousand and one reasons, but the fact remains that to the eyes of the public, they are seeking out a revenge of sort against the opposition.

Otherwise, how could Musang IGP explain the storming of the Perak's Assembly and illegally detained the Speaker of the House, Lord Siva?.

And the ILLEGAL detention of those holding candlelight vigils, wearing black T-shirts?

And OBVIOUSLY ILLEGAL detention of the 5 lawyers wanting to see their clients who were equally-illegally detained?

And the absurd detention of activist, Wong Chin Huat? For holding a press conference in conjunction with the Black1Malaysia Day?

And the detention of the 3 guys who sent the creatively-baked Aminatuya cake to the PM?

Plus the detention of elected representatives Teo Nie Ching and Jenice Lee for holding candlelight vigils?

Plus the arrests of many other holding candlelight vigils in Penang, Sarawak and Brickfields?

What about the arrest of Mohd Sabu, the PAS Vice-President?

Last but not least, how about the arrest of 14 people, including 8 elected representatives in Perak on May 26? That's not the end. Many more are coming. Just watch out.

The laughing stock is that the Musang IGP is too obsessed with his "operasi tangkap, tangkap, jangan tak tangkap" that he would scoop up just anybody, including the 5 foreign workers working for the event management company tasked with putting up the tents near Wisma DAP in Ipoh. Wakakaka.

And since when have the people under arrest being denied of the reasons for their arrests, as demonstrated by one ASP by saying, "Don't ask for the reason. I have my orders". Wakakaka.............wakakaka........

Musang IGP and his Police Farce will be too busy fighting off the oppositions; no wonder crime cases are on the rise. In no time the Police Farce will be relieved off their crime-fighting task to concentrate on anti-Umno oppression mission. The crime-fighting and prevention tasks will be taken over by the new territorial army under the command of Zahid Hamidi, another Umno's goon.

Wakakaka....wakaka.

It's now very clear that Musang IGP and his Police Farce are very allergic to: Candlelights, Black Ts, Birthday cakes, fasting and tent/canopy.

So guys, if you have to wear/use/buy/do things such as:

1. candles (you guys better watch out, don't light it or even cogarettes in his presence),
2. black T-shirts (never ever wear black Tees),
3. birthday cakes (hide it if a police dog comes around),
4. puasa (break your fast immedately upon seeing a police machai)
5. tent/canopy (do not erect one)

Let's cheer up by singing this song together:
You better watch out
You better not shout
You better not light
You better wear white
'Coz Musang IGP is comiiiin to town"

wakakakaka.......

Wah..ka...ka..ka....Bakal KM1 Pulau Pinang

Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan,

Memperkenalkan bakal KM1 Pulau Pinang; dan bakal Presiden MPPP.

Wah.....ka...ka...ka...Aaaiiiik.............tak mungkin, tak mungkin.

Tangkap, tangkap. Jangan tak tangkap

I haven't blogged for a long time.

It's not that I want to pull down my site but I was so peeved off and utterly disgusted with the happenings in the (un)democratic Malaysia.

I had originally wanted to protest silently until a new government was installed in Perak. So I imposed upon myself a "no-blogging" rule until common sense prevails.

But it's not to be. It gets worse. I couldn't hold on any further. It gonna to explode. Yesterday's 7 May-hem in Perak forces me to come out from my self-imposed hiatus to demonstrate

how utterly disgusted I am
with

The Thief MB Zombie

for the way he upsurped power in Perak

with
The Musang IGP

for his inability to reduce petty crime (such snatch thefts)

and his Police Farce

pic fr antares

for their effectivness in

"Tangkap, tangkap. Jangan tak tangkap"

here

and many many more everywhere
it seems now that anybody can be "tangkap"
Tangkap, tangkap. Jangan tak tangkap
Tangkap, tangkap. Jangan tak tangkap
Tangkap, tangkap. Jangan tak tangkap

Jom Demo

Cops foil march to Istana

For once, the IGP Tan Sri Musa Hassan talks sense.

But Tan Sri, was there a need for teargas? Did they get rowdy? Did they go on rampage, destroying public and private properties? I don't know because I was not there and will never be there.

This demo thing is very disturbing.

I posted about this demo thing earlier. See here.

Popularized by Brother Anwar Bin Ibrahim, it is fast becoming “the way” of showing support for something or displaying rejection over something.

I do not know what you people out there think about this demo thing, which is slowly but surely creeping into our culture, but I for one, would never condone this demo thing, be it in support of the government or against it, be it in support of the opposition or against it. .

Demo is certainly not the way out. It is certainly not a show of support nor a show of power.

It is very worrying to see people joyfully taking parts in demo after demo, as though demos are some forms of funfairs, where people of common interest gather and have fun.

It is even more worrying to see young people taking parts in this cheap show, as if this is part of growing-up education or parenting older people are trying to instill in them.

Many of these people are “mat rempits” who know nothing why they are demonstrating about. Certainly people like them just want to have fun. They would joyfully but blindly jump in whenever there is a call for ”Jom Demo”.

I do not know if these people know what it means by demonstrating.
Demonstrating means baring your a**e to the public

Sivakumar, you never learn !!!

On March 3, I posted a Message to Sivakumar: You'll never win this war.

I said, among others,

"You're not fighting BN (read: Umno) only. You are also up against all the mights they can muster at their disposal. You're fighting the entire government machinery. The police are against you...........the public servants are against you.....the Assembly secretary.....the state legal advisor............ the Ipoh high court judge....."

It's not that I'm against you. As a strong proponent of democracy, I'm solidly behind you but your effort is futile at this moment in time.

Do you think the court will side you? Which judge is on your side now? Even there is, do you think he'll be given the opportunity to preside over your case?

Look, now the police and MACC are questioning you for convening the State Assembly under the tree. You're at their mercy now.

Save your energy. Save your effort. Let Mohd Nizar vs Dr Zambry's case be heard first. Obviously Mohd Nizar would not win (unless Pak Lah and Najib want to restore some of Umno's lost pride and dignity).

Let's pray hard fo the Sultan to come to his senses to dissolve the State Assembly due to the political impasse Perak is now facing.

Another alternative is to let time heals. Is the next election too long a time to wait?

I'm not asking you to give up, but be patient.

Kedah seeks royal immunity

The Kedah Royal Household Association will ask the Conference of Rulers to seek the restoration of immunity for the Rulers.

Association president Tengku Datuk Zainol Rashid Tengku Yahya said this was to ensure that certain parties did not belittle the Rulers, who are the pillars and protectors of the strength of the Malays.

If immunity is restored, the issue of mocking the Malay Rulers will probably not arise

I don’t mean to be rude or "derhaka", Tengku but if I may ask, “what immunity?”. Immunity from being sued in court?

Since Dr Mahathir “took away” their immunity, how many Rulers were brought to court?

Even there are, but look carefully into the reasons for such action.

What the Malay Rulers need now is not immunity. What the Malay Rulers need now is to act with propriety. That’s all. Everybody, including the Rulers, is expected to behave with decorum.

No law-abiding citizen has been brought to court yet.

Actually what the Malay Rulers also need now is “respect”, not LES MAJESTE. With proper behaviour and action, the rulers would be respected more than an ordinary rakyat.

Surely if they earn the respect, the issue of mocking the Malay Rulers will probably not arise.

Why after polls, Mr. Semi Value

MIC President Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu has along list of projects to tackle for the people of Bukit Selambau, the party’s former stronghold.

He said the projects involved the construction and repairing of drains, houses and roads.

But they will only be carried out after the Bukit Selambau by-election on April 7

Ha...ha.....what a joke, Samy?

Question is why after the polls. Why not now and why not before.

It goes to say that Samy Vellu has done NOTHING for the people of Bukit Selambau in his umpteen years as MIC President and Cabinet Minister.

That is it.

That’s why the people of Bukit Selambau must reject whoever Mr Semi Value puts up comes April 7.

Samy is a gone-case already la.

Umno Perak kecut hadapi PR di Perak

UMNO kecut hadapi PR di Perak. Itulah tanggapan ramai, termasuklah seorang politikus Umno Perak. Katanya sentimen anti-Umno begitu memuncak.

Umno dikatakan macam gila talak.

Ampun Tuanku. Besarlah harapan patih agar Ke Bawah Duli Tuanku perkenankan permintaan patih yang hina ini.

Ampun Tuanku.

Perak's People Parliament in session

It's truly Perak's People Parliament (borrowing Harris Ibrahim's phrase) in session. Locked out from its usual state secretariat, the assembly sitting was held under a raintree in an empty space not far away.

However, its legality would definitely be questioned. Umno's lapdogs would definitely say it's illegal; while PR's diehard fans would say it is.

Well, let's fast-forward a few chapters in Perak annals and see what would happen next.
  1. The matter would end up in court.
  2. The court (kangaroo) would rule in favour on BN (read: Umno).
  3. Dr Zambri and his 6 Exco members would be reinstated.
  4. Sivakumar would be indicted and sent behind bars (as a hero to many).
  5. End of Mohd Nizar.
  6. BN (read: Umno) continues to rule.
  7. Next election, PR would be wiped out completely (don't underestimate Umno's capability to.......).
  8. BN (read: Umno) gets no better, becomes more arrogant, money politics intensified and corrupt adminsitration is the rule of the game.
  9. Economy slumps further.
  10. We, Malaysians continue to suffer and suffer.

Whatever it's, don't look down the People's Parliament assembly under a raintree. Many historic incidents happened under the trees. The Buddha attained his enlightenment under a bodhi tree. Melaka was founded under the pokok melaka.

Having said that, it would definitely potray a negative image, in the eyes of the world, of us Malaysians - how could the People's Parliament be allowed to convene under a tree? Are we Malaysians that uncivilized? Are we Malaysians so cruel? Are we Malaysians have no sense (not even cow sense)?

Another minus point for Malaysia.

But who cares, huh? Do Pak Lah and Najib care? Definitely NOT. Only we, concerned Malaysians do.

Message to Sivakumar: You'll never win this war!!!

Enough la tu Sivakumar. Mohd Nizar. Enough la.

There is no way you can win this war. You're not fighting BN (read: Umno) only. You are also up against all the might they can muster at their disposal. You're fighting the entire government machinery.

The police are against you. They have blocked the entrances to the state secretariat building. They placed truckful of FRUs there, just in case they need to pick up a few people (PR supporters la). The state police chief also gave a stern warning against any illegal gatherings there. Illegal means the gatherings by you and PR supporters la.

You have the public servants against you. The Assembly secretary, by the name of Abdullah "Luntong" Sabri was clearly in defiance of you. The state secretary acted as though he was the guardian of the State Assembly. Who is the state legal advisor to stop the state assembly secretary from issuing out notices for the emergency sitting?

You then have the Ipoh high court judge who ruled that your lawyers had no legal standing to represent you. He further said that you should be represented by the state legal advisor (ha..ha..that's suicidal)

Even you win in the Ipoh high court, you will still end up as the loser in the apex court in KL.

Worst still, KJ and his band of hooligans can resort to unimaginable gangster-type actions in preventing you from claiming what is righfully yours. Remember, Karpal "Singh is King" Singh, the Lion of Gelugor, who was transformed into a toothless paper-tiger. It's undeniable that this action is fully condoned by Umno leadership.

Worst still, Hamid "Al Blur" Albar, the Kodomo Lion of Umno, could put you out of action for 2 years in Kamunting.

Perak Assembly "sitting" near the State Secretariat in Ipoh today

Either way, you're at the losing end - either you're right or wrong.

Never mind that your government is legal or theirs is illegal. If you
and Mohd Nizar are locked up, who shall lead the crusade then?

Let's pray hard that HRH The Sultan gains the wisdom to finally let the people of Perak to decide on their future.

So Nizar's government is still legal after all

When launching the coup d'tat in Perak a couple of weeks ago, Najib and his sidekick, Zambri boldly declared:
"We are the legal government in Perak"
Meaning when you're legal, the other party is illegal.

What is really intriguing is that if the BN government under Zamri "the Zombi" Kadir is legal as claimed, their actions show otherwise. They acted as though Nizar's government is legal.

If they're illegal, why give a damn to what they do? After all they're illegal ma.

If they're illegal, why seek court injunction to stop the Assembly's sitting (today)? Their assembly sitting would be illegal also. After all it's convened by an illegal government ma.

If they're illegal, why lock up the state secretariat building? After all, an illegal government shouldn't use the building for illegal assembly ma. Any decision made by an illegal government is not binding ma.

If they're illegal, why run to London, crying to a Queen Counsel? After all, with or without the Queen Counsel's advice, they're illegal ma.

If they're illegal, why bother with the suspension of the MB and the 6 EXCO members? After all, the suspension is done by an illegal government is not binding ma.

If they're illegal, why must Abdullah "LAntong" Sabri care about Sivakumar's instruction? Just ignore him. After all, he's from the illegal government ma.

If they're illegal, why must Mohd Zahir Abdul Khalid served a notice of misconduct to Sivakumar, referring him to the Rights and Privileges Committee for his illegal action in suspending Zambri and the 6 Exco members? After all, he's from the illegal government ma.

Now, who's legal and who is illegal?

Only HRH The Sultan of Perak can help diffuse this confusion on who is legal and who is illegal. Nobody else can - not even the Court.

Politik lompat-melompat. Politik tuduh-menuduh. Politik report-mereport. Politik dakwa-mendakwa. Politik dendam-mendendam. Politik tikam-menikam. Politik balas-membalas.

Lantak engkau lah Lord Siva. Jangan-jangan engkau tergolek dog nanti.

So this is the future Umno Youth chief huh?

Look can be deceiving. Be careful..............

Khir "Tempe" Toyo, a pariah Umno bigot, never cease to amuse me with his many clowning acts.

He goes all out to claim extra political mileage, in his quest to wrest control of the Umno Youth chief post right under the nose of the frontrunners - Khairy Jamaluddin and Mukhriz Mahathir.

His many antics - not befitting that of a former MB and an Umno Youth chief aspirant, should have him downgraded to a no-hoper, but nope. It works for him, suprisingly. He's in the forefront now - thanks to the mostly obsequious and sycophancy Umno members who can't differentiate the good from the bad; the useful from the useless; and the gems from the stones.

His infamous march to Karpal's house to show his displeasure over Karpal's outburst against the Sultan of Perak's decision in appointing the new MB was very distasteful. Is that the behaviour of the Chief Umno Youth is looking for? Resorting to street demonstrations.

His "strategy" in securing the nomination for the Umno Youth chief and in ensuring his reelection as the Sabak Bernam Umno division chief is "welcomed" by all in Sungei Besar division.

His latest antics in calling for the resignation of Elizabeth Wong, the Bukit Lanjan rep and Selangor EXCO member, after her nude pictures were circulated to the press, reinforces the highest level of pariah politician he is.

This is a moral issue and Malaysians cannot accept leaders with moral issues and so she must vacate her State Assembly seat. .......Malaysians were not ready to accept leaders who were embroiled in scandals.

Moral issue? My foot!!! What moral issue? Distinction has to be made between what are considered as moral and immoral acts. A moral act is an act that is based on or adhering to the code of behaviour that is considered right or acceptable. On the opposite, an immoral act is one not conforming to accepted standards of morality.

So, when Elizabeth Wong's semi-nude spied-photographs, taken without her knowledge and consent were circulated, was it an immoral act on her part?

Additionally, is sleeping naked - in your own room, in your own house, immoral? Was she found in the prostitution den? Was she found walking down the Petaling Street in her birthday suit? Was she caught in a compromizing position with someone else's husband in public? Is taking nude pix immoral huh, Dog Khir?

Instead of consoling her, empathizing with her predicament (just like Nazri Aziz and Hamid "Al Blur"), you were too quick in demanding for her resignation. Since when were you assigned as the Messenger who was tasked with telling people what were moral and immoral acts, what is right or what is wrong? Mirror yourself first. Tell the whole world who is more immoral? You or Eli Wong?

Were you never naked before? Just imagine this. You were sound asleep. Your "sarong" rolled up. Somebody (your political enemy, of course) wanting to kill you off, took some "obscene" pictures of you and posted them on the internet. Is it fair to charge you with immoral act?

And also imagine this. You were having a shower. Your political enemy - using high-powered camera, was only too happy to snap, snap, snap you in the nude, sent the photos to the media and they were widely-circulated. What do you think? Did you commit an immoral act?

Aren't siphoning the hard-earned rakyat money out and get caught in an airport in a foreign land, buying a bungalow resort (worth millions) in less than 1 year into the chief menteri besarship, "kidnapping" a princess, lying to the Sultan, inducing the 3-infamous Perak's frogs jump ship etc constitute immoral acts?

Such is the mentality of Khir "Tempe" Toyo, an aspirant to the Umno Youth chief post. The absurd thing with this weirdo is that he ratified whatever wrongs done by Umno leaders, whilst wronged whatever right done by the opposition.

Such dubious character is no Unmo Youth chief material - otherwise Umno Youth will take 2 steps backward, instead of surging ahead in this trying times.

Such a marauder is no Umno Youth chief material. He's a disgrace to Umno, now that Umno needs lots of reforms and rebranding.

Such a abominable and abhorrent character should be not be given the chance to play active role in national politics.

If you guys still love Umno, make sure that this guys in out for good - for the good of Umno and the country's sake.

Karpal's issue: Mubarak, KRHA and BBPM wouldn't let it rest

Enough of bullshitting, Pak Aziz. We have had enough of bullshit from all angles already.

Umno is never and will never be the pillar of the Malays as a whole. Umno is probably the pillar to enriching its elite group only.

And why should Umno be entrusted with reinstating the immunity when it was Umno that took it away 16 years ago? It's as if asking Umno to lick back the wound it inflicted on.

The monarchy institution has never been made fun of by people. We Malaysians still have high regards and respect for the Sultans. If certain people made fun of the royalty, it's the royalty themselves to be blamed. To be held in high regards and respect, they have to behave with decorum, high moral standing, pious, and exemplary behaviour.

However if the Sultans or members of their royal households owe people money and refuse to pay, beat people up, gambling compulsively, and indulge in other vices, who on earth would accord such persons due respect.

Knowing the conduct and behaviour of our royalty, to reinstate IS TO CONDONE a Sultan beating up a poor subject, a raja muda kidnapping a subject's wife, a Sultan owing people money and refusing to pay and whatnots?

Talk with your head la, not with your leg, Pak Aziz. OR you were saying this just to please somebody, whilst expecting something in return.

Ban Karpal from stepping into Perak? LOL.

Isn't this a free country, where the rakyat can move around without restriction?

How on earth to do that? Barricade the entire Perak bordering Selangor, Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu?

So the Rulers Council will convene a meeting to take action against Karpal huh? Insulting the Sultan by wanting to sue him?

What about StandardChart which sued Almarhum the YDP Negeri Sembilan? Didn't it insult the ruler? If it did, it was much more serious than Karpal's. Did the Rulers Council take action against StanChart?

Why not ban StanChart from entering Negeri Sembilan. Or more appropriate, expel it from Malaysia as it had shamed the royalty?

So Tengku Zainol and Osman Abu Bakar, talk with your head, not with your leg, just like Pak Aziz.

Apa nak jadi dah????????

Are we proud to be Malaysians?

I'm definite many would give a big YES, but things are no longer rosy for us Malaysians who yearn for peace, stability and hormony.

A new culture is fast taking shape in the Malaysians' way of life. The "demo" way, which was never heard of 50, 40 or 30 years ago. But today, this kind of "animal-like culture" is being encouraged, cultivated and advocated by people in power and those yearning for power.

In the past, we detest the West for their demonstration-inclined society but now look at us. Are we any different from them?

The sad thing is, this new culture is slowly but surely eroding the values and moral society we once were proud of.

No thanks to Anwar Ibrahim, the "Bapak Segala Bapak Demonstrasi Jalanan", this new culture is slowly but surely creeping into our lifes.

Actually Anwar is now tasting his own medicine. But it looks now UMNO or KJ to be more precise, has taken over the role from Anwar.

Demo here and there. Sikit sikit demo. Sikit sikit demo. Hari hari demo. Big issues also demo. Small issue also demo. Dah la demo, nak buat hari-hari pulak. Hoi, tak payak kerja ke. KJ ada bayar ke?

Is this way way of life?

Are we proud to brag to our next generations that we were party to this type of culture?

And this.

And what about this?

But the irony with us Malaysians is that condone or condemn these types of animality depending on whims and fancies or rather depending on whether our interest being threatened or otherwise.

When it's against us, we condemn these animal-type behaviour to the fullest. But when it's against our political opponets, we condone it as if there's no tomorrow. What a hypoccite!!!

Let's take the current issue in hand as a test case. Why the demos against Nizar and Karpal? Nizar, for going against the Sultan's orders to resign? Not happy with Nizar's decision in ignoring the Sultan's order, bring him to court. Is that penderhakaan?

Karpal, for wanting to sue the Sultan? Wanting to. Has he? Nope. Even he had, was he wrong in suing the Sultan? Is the Sultan above the laws? Can't he be sued? The thing is that it's his right to sue anybody he feels aggrieved with. Is that penderhakaan?

There is no longer such a vocab as derhaka in the modern royalty-subject relationship. In the past, the Sultan could sentence an errant rakyat to death as he was the law; and he was above the law. But in modern day, the Sultan is no longer above the law.

Talking about Umno's claim that its action was in protecting the royal sovereignty. Since when huh, KJ and his band of setiakawan jokers?

Is it since this incident in KT in March 2008?

(this pic will stay long into the annals of Umno)

The beginning of the end of Perak's PR government

It's now confirmed. Perak's 10-month old-PR Govt on the brink of collapsing.

Agendadaily READ HERE reports that the ADUN Behrang, Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi and ADUN Changkat Jering, Osman Jailu have left Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR); while the ADUN of Jelapang, Hee Yiot Foong has abandoned the DAP.

Left with no other option, Perak's MB Nizar Jamaluddin is seeking audience with the Sultan of Perak to dissolve the state assembly and seek fresh mandate from the rakyat.

The by-election, if ever held, marks the end of the marriage-of-convenience of PKR-PAS-DAP, which is destined to be shortlived from the outset. A partnership built on the premise of lack of trust and lack of compatibility.

Awaiting latest updates from Nizar (or from the domineering duo of Ngeh & Nga).

The Behrang and Changkat Jering Frogs - Round 2 to UMNO

Round 1 to PKR with the frog from Bota.

Round 2 looks more favourable to UMNO - with special thanks to the Election Commission, which ruled that the purported undated resignation letters sent in by the frogs of Behrang and Changkat Jering were not valid.

With this, the frogging saga continues and is expected to be more dramatic.

The decision of the EC would now allow the Behrang and Changkat Jering frogs to "really" jump and show their true frogging, croaking sound. Before this, for fear of losing their seats and thus unable to jump, they just issued denial after denial; and even made police reports. UMNO wouldn't want these smelly, stinky crabs without their seats anyway. UMNO wouldn't want ordinary PKR members anyway.

Looking on the brighter side, the decision of the EC is a win-win. The 2 frogs win. UMNO wins. PKR wins and the rakyat wins. The EC also wins.

Aided by the EC, the 2 frogs get to keep their seats and get to lay their hands on the purported cool RM10m each. Whao!!!

UMNO wins because they get to keep the 2 useless, smelly, stinky, good-for-nothing frogs. UMNO wins because the purported RM10m spent on the 2 frogs is not their money anyway. Anyhow UMNO can keep the ex-postman and low-ranking ex-army officer in their rank la. No big deal. They're not really highly-rated, brainy or educated assemblymen anyway.

PKR wins because they get to keep the money they would be spending had by-elections be held.

The EC wins because it needs not go through the hassle of handling another hectic and energy-sapping by-election.

The rakyat wins because their tax money is now not spent on the by-elections.

But wait a minute. No. No. The rakyat does not win. They lose anyhow - with or without the by-elections. The purported RM10m "frogging commission" paid to the 2 frogs is actually the rakyat money, not UMNO's. Whao!!!!

Frogs, frogs, frogs. Everywhere Frogs

It seems that of late, Malaysian political scene is infested with frogs. And it's smelly. It stinks. It sulks.

Frogs, frogs, frogs. Everywhere frogs. There are many types of frogs. Proven frogs, potential frogs, dangerous frogs, tame frogs, wild frogs, small frogs, big frogs etc.

Some are proven frogs, like Ezam "Sourgrape" Md Nor and Ruslan Kassim. Some are potential but tame frogs like the 2 frogs from Behrang and Changkat Jering.

Koh Tsu Koon got it wrong when he credited Anwar Ibrahim as the "King of Frogs", as the honour should actually go to Ibrahim "Frog Si Fu" Ali, the MP of Pasir Mas, who frogged long before Anwar.

Now Perak's frogs seem to croak the loudest. Besides the 2 from Behrang and Changkat Jering, rumours has it that a frog may be surfacing in Jelapang. And Jalong and Malim Nawar as well. These rumours mills don't dissappoint. They actually have it that a few other frogs may surface in Negeri Sembilan and Kedah as well. Things are getting messier.

That's our modern day politicans. Ooops........did I say "kataks"?

PR 2; BN 0

PAS turned the table on BN.

It's official.
The scoreline now reads: PR 2; BN 0.
After the March 2008 GE, PR scored one in Permatang Pauh, and now one more - in Kuala Terengganu.

That is, inspite of the uneven playing grounds.

Congratulations Ab Wahid Endut and Tuan Guru Hadi.

Good job done PAS, PKR, DAP.

Well done Barisan Rakyat Bloggers (Raja Petra, Zorro, Haris, Din Merican, Gus and many more).

Setinggi Tahniah and Terima kasih to all KT folks. You guys made the right
choice. You guys show the power of the rakyat.

Your guts will now force BN-UMNO to do a serious post-mortem; and what would be the likely outcomes.

Here are some:
  1. Najib would deny that the loss is not a rejection of his future leadership. He.....he.......(expected already).
  2. Najib would deny that Umno is slowly becoming irrelevant. He.....he......(also expected already).
  3. PAS and its PR partners played dirty.
  4. Bla....bla.....bla..... (but none will be on his weaknesses)

Coming soon: My armchair analysis

You Give - I Take. My Vote - No Way

"Thanks" (but no thank) to (pardon me) the demise of its late-MP, KT has now become the centre of attraction and attention. Everybody is becoming so nice and friendly, as if these KT folks are their long-lost brothers and sisters. They are being showered with praises, gifts, "angpows", projects and dinners that they didn't ask for, when all these whiles nobody bothers about them. Suddenly they become the stars. The DAP, PAS and PKR. UMNO, MCA, Gerakan and MIC. And the Barisan Rakyat bloggers too.

P36 (KT) has become the do-or-die mission to PAS and UMNO, as if it holds the keys to the future of Malaysian politics. To win the P36 means everything to them.

PAS, in idealogy and in practice, differs a great deal from UMNO. Knowing that UMNO, as always, is tainted with money politics and corrupt practices, PAS cleverly put a "clean" candidate to counter Umno's "bad" choice of candidate. Backed by DAP and PKR, PAS managed to allay the fear that the Chinese initially had - no thanks to the hudud issue.

Sensing that PAS's campaign was gaining grounds, Umno's so-called first-class strategists swung into action. But alas, their strategy was pretty standard, which have been replayed many many times whenever there was an election. Promises of infrastructural developments, projects and projects everywhere were made. But PAS made further inroads, this time among the Chinese, who are viewed as the deciding votes - given that the Malays are quite evenly-split for Umno and PAS.

P36 is a do-or-die mission for the PM-in-waiting too. Failure to retain P36 is a rejection of his future leadership. He must go all out to retain P36, otherwise ....................

To retains P36, KT folks are in for lots of goodies, which they might not have dreamt for. But as Tok Guru Datuk Nik Aziz put, "beri salah (dosa), tak beri kalah, jadi Umno-BN duduk dalam serba salah”. Give - sinful; don't give - lose. But who cares, Tok Guru. Do you think Najib cares?

In times of intense desperation, Najib and Co, out of the blues, become so creative (and generous) and are prepared to do the most unthinkable acts. The RM8 million alloted to 20 religious schools, RM3.3 million for construction of a new community hall, RM2.8 million for furbishing a completed hall in a Chinese school, RM3 million for 10 Chinese schools and RM2.7 million cash distribution to 9,000 Chinese for the coming Chinese New Year are nothing. They raise eye-brows, no doubt.

But the grandest actor of all is none other than Najib himself, who stoop so low, out of total desperation, to buy over 583 contractors in a "fully-computerised lucky draw" where each of them was automatically "awarded" a contract for infrastructural project - without bidding and pre-qualifications.

Whao, what a novel idea. Maybe Najib should patent this invention.

So, KT folks, you are very lucky. Lots and lots of goodies are thrown to you. Take them - all of them. They belong to you anyway. The money forked out are not from Umno's coffers. They belong to the people of Terengganu. They suck it out from the oil royalty which should be returned to the rightful owner - without interest.

As to who is to vote - it's your choice.

However, I'm sure you too don't feel easy having a Menteri Besar who act like a gangster, do you? A MB who threatened, "You baik sama saya, saya baik sama you. You tak baik sama saya, saya sepuluh kali tak baik sama you".

I'm sure you do not want a Prime Minister (a future PM) who is synonymous with "giving out goodies" and "vote buying", do you? I'm sure you want the Prime Minister must be clean, sincere, warmth, no baggages etc, don't you?

I'm sure you do not want to be intimadated by someone saying, "If the BN candidate doesn't win, Terengganu would not have an MP in Parliament". It's in fact, a threat.

I'm sure you do not want one with a sinister smile, questionalble character, doubtful integrity like this to be your Prime Minister, do you?

I'm sure you do not want a rep who is not so approachable, not friendly, a bit arrogant, do you? As an elected rep, he should be friendly to all the electorates; can be stopped at anywhere if you have a problem or issue to raise; can sit down with you in a kedai kopi by the roadside; whose house has no security guard nor electric iron gates; and who respects normal voters like us - as without us, he's really nobody.

I'm sure you do not want leaders who siphoned out "your money" and later returned them to you, the rightful owner, and call it "Ini wang ehsan dari Kerajaan Pusat". Some say your oil money is RM4 billion per year. Do you know how much is 1 billion? BTW, how much did they give back to Terengganu?

So, be forewarned KT folks. They give - you take. Your vote - no way.

PS: Folks in whichever constituency you are in, if you too want to be lucky as the KT folks, pray hard, pray hard that your rep resigns, becomes incapacitated or even..............to force a by-election. KT folks can vouch for this. Ha......ha............

Wish Hitler was still alive

Senyum Kambing: What can we do?
There're a lot the world can do.
Much more than merely passing resolutions after resolutions;
demonstrations after demonstrations;
and condemn Israelis' atrocities.

I don't know what you people think but how I wish this psychotic man was still alive, as his Final Solution which he started in 1942 wasn't actually completed yet.

Many people hated him, no doubt but the sight of the Israelis atrocrities against the Palestinians, one would be forgiven for wishing that Adolf Hitler was still alive today, as his planned extermination and execution of the Jews
under The Holocaust wasn't actually done yet.

Had he been alive (and as powerful as he was), he definitely couldn't bear to just watch the Israelis genocide and atrocities of the helpless Palestinians; and would have continued The Holocaust II as he was known to be anti semite and his hatred for Jews was pathological. Here. This psycho had always wanted to eliminate the Jews for good.

But just too bad. There isn't anybody in the mould of Hitler around. And the Palestinians shall continue to suffer and continue suffering at the mere mercy of the Israelis, until the perpetrators think it's enough - until the the Hamas or Fatah or whatever Palestinian resistant groups have learnt enough.

What did the world do?

The UN is, as expected, good in passing resolutions after resolutions only. What can a resolution do? Just "urge" Israel to stop their inhumane act. It goes unheaded, then pass another resolution.

There were many conflicts before. Each time it happened, the UN only passed resolution, nothing else.

Other concerned fellow humans, carried out demonstrations after demonstrations here and there, condemning Israel here and there.

Burnt Ehud Olmert and George Bush's effigies here and there.

Summoned Israelis ambassador or mission head to hand over the protest note here and there.

What is the effect? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Despite of all these, today Israel pushed further into Tel Hawwa neighborhood, the crowded city center, the farthest it has moved into Gaza City during its 18-day offensive against Hamas militants, and brought Israel's ground forces within a mile (1.5 kilometers) of the crowded city center. Palestinian hospital officials say more than 900 Palestinians, half of them civilians, have been killed.

There were calls to boycot US and Israel's products and organizations that support Israel. But some smart arses asked to think carefully before boycotting as it could hurt the country's economy. Bullshit. How long more to endure Uncle Sam's bullying dirty tactics? When would these countries want to free themselves from the US. Can't they come together to have their own trade blocks, without depending on the US? Look at Cuba. Yes, they suffered, but yet they survived until this day. They are not that far behind.

Poor Palestinians. Their fellow brothers, Jordan, Syria, Egypt and others are not doing anything about this human catastrophe. Can't they put aside their differences to save their own race.

It takes others to start the actions, like Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan President who expelled the Israelis ambassador from Caracas; and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the President of Iran, while urging the muslim nations to unite against the Israelis aggression, planned to take action against companies in Iran who dealt with Israel

AND US.

It's not about religion or race. It's about human atrocities and genocide.

Any takers among the other third world and developing countries? Or just talk only.

KJ: PAS is a "klut klet" party

The impending KT by-election finally reinforced the insinuations his distractors have for KJ - the high-flying, ambitious, young, extremely lucky, smart arse and much-talked about Oxford grad.

Check out the video.

He finally showed his true stuff. It shows that Oxford grad is no different from grads from other unis. What a disgrace?

KT folks: Still voting for BN?

Farid is not arrogant, says Pak Lah

Ha.....ha.......ha......ha......Aha.....ha.......ha.......

Can't help but to LOL when Pak Lah said,

"I have heard a lot of things said about our candidate. But what is unusual is that it is Umno members who have been saying things about him, but we have to defend our candidate......"

I even laugh louder and louder when he (Pak Lah), in denying the allegation that Farid was not arrogant, said, "If he was arrogant he would not have been appointed my political secretary". Read more here.

It simply goes to show, dear Mr P.M that you're ..................... and.........................; and Farid is ...................... and ...............................

Is Badawi Bailing Out his Friends?

An intriguing and mind-boggling question asked by Jed Yoong in Asia Sentinel, 09 January 2009

Malaysia's cabinet approves a low-cost air terminal to help out a political ally

With barely three months until March when Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is due to relinquish his office, he has approved a project that reeks of an attempt to salvage the profitability of conglomerate Sime Darby and to further buoy the country’s budget airline, AirAsia, which is controlled by a Badawi ally, Tony Fernandes.

Over the objections of listed Malaysia Airports Bhd, which operates the current Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang and 38 other airports around the country, and which is also building a new permanent low-cost carrier terminal to replace its current facility, Sime Darby and AirAsia have been given the green light by the government to construct a new terminal in Labu, Negeri Sembilan, about 50km from Kuala Lumpur, and 10 km from KL International.

Well Jed, nobody knows for sure. Turning back the pages to the day since he assumed the premiership 5 years ago, you may be right. But certainly the decision raised a big biq ? for the Malaysian public to ponder.

So when is your new deadline, Datuk Seri?

Our Datuk Seri is still on his mission to Putrajaya - albeit many failed attempts, by giving another hope to his supporters. With the impending victory in KT, he can renew his vow to take over from BN.

When is the new date, Datuk Seri? 16 Feb? 19 Mac? Or 31 Aug? Or it's just your empty talk only?

Ke........... ke................ ke................. ke.................
(the laugh that makes Tukar Tiub special).

Date can always keep changing, but when can it become a reality? People can't wait and wait forever, not knowing the timeline, you know.

One day, they may give up on you. People don't trust hope-giver. They want a reality-maker. I wonder which one you are.

Or you keep shifting date just to keep these people hopes after hopes - albeit a false one. Or you also main tembak je.

Ke...............ke.............ke...............ke.

Tee Keat's gag order: Consolidation of power or Disintegration of MCA?

The MCA President is on the move yet again in tightening his grip. He now requires all bureau chiefs to seek prior endorsement from the presidential council before issuing press releases. {Read here}

Seeking endorsement from the presidential council means seeking his approval la, as the council is made up of his yes-men.

His move is clearly targeted at the more outspoken and speaking-his-mind deputy president, Chua Soi Lek, whose ideas are always not in line with the President's thinking. It simply shows Tee Keat's low level of tolerance for different view points. Meaning he can't accept differences. Soi Lek, unlike others, has his own mind and does not hold back.

After his "historic" victory, instead of closing ranks, he enhanced the divide by sidelining Soi Lek and Ong Ka Chuan. Naming Ka Chuan as the party's history and documentation bureau chief is a joke but not making Chua Soi Lek as a state party chief and the party disciplinary chief is insulting the party's closely-observed tradition. Never mind if Tee Keat has no respect for Soi Lek (for his foray in the sexual rendevous) or his position as the party No. 2, but don't forget that Soi Lek was chosen by the grassroots. And the grassroots have their ways to get back at anybody not in their good book.

Could his move revives the Team A and Team B rivalry?

It's too early to conclude but Soi Lek-Jui Meng-Ka Chuan could form a formidable trio for Tee Keat to content with.

That's worrying. It does not augur well for MCA which is now graping for breadth after a disasterous outing in the March'08 general election.

If Tee Keat, while fulfiling his own personal agenda continues to run the party with All The President's Men, by the next elections, MCA may suffer the fate that befall its half-brother, Gerakan.

Between Kamal Hassan, Rajnikanth and Manikavasagam.

Am back from long hiatus but keep smiling to myself as I'm truly amused by the antics of Manikavasagam, the MP for Klang.

So good is his acting that probably Kamal Hassan

and Rajnikanth should make way for him in Bollywood.

Here comes the superstar of Bollywood in the making, S. Manikavasagam, a Malaysian of Indian descent.

The MP for Klang, S. Manikavasagam is in fact a good actor. First he threatened to resign from PKR over his dissappointment with the Selangor PR government over some unfulfilled promises such as the appointment of Indians in government-linked companies, state agencies and local councils and welfare of the Indians generally. Read here.

But he showed his acting mettle by only resigning as Selangor PKR vice-chairman but not from PKR or as an MP, whilst at the same time issued an ultimatum that his next course of action depended on the outcome of his meeting with Anwar Ibrahim, the PKR adviser.

Don't know what happened after that (probably good sense prevailed) and now he's saying, "I will live or die with PKR".
Here.

Ke.........ke..........ke............

What a joke, Mani. You only make a fool of yourself. You may want to deny what you said earlier. You may want to claim that the press quoted you out of contact (to save face for your folly, which is being used by almost every big shot).

You have the late Tan Sri V. Manikavasagam's nameshake but failed to follow his conduct. What a shame, Mani.

But be rest assured that you allegations are legitimate. Yes, the Indians are being marginalized. You see, everybody is being marginalized. As a matter of fact not only the Indians. The Chinese, Thais, Portuguese, Ibans, Dayaks, Dusuns and Melanaus too are being marginalized.

Not only inter-race. Marginalization also exist intra-race. The poor Chinese are also being marginalized by the rich and mighty MCA. The kampong Malays are also being marginalized by the powerful inner circle of Umno. Farmer Pak Ali and fisherman Pak Mat are also being marginalized by the high and mighty and arrogant Ketua Cawangan, Ketua Bahagian, Ketua Pemuda. Not to mention by other Datos and Tan Sris. But of course, the marginalized Malays are still are much better than the marginalized Indians and Chinese la. But the fact remains that everybody is being marginalized at one time or another.

There's nothing to cry about. What can you do when you don't have the number. Just accept the fact that "majority rules". Marginalization and discrimination happen everywhere, in all countries on this planet. Even in the world's largest democracy, i.e. India and US, marginalization and discrimination exist.

What can you do about it? No, don't say nothing. There's something the "marginalized" citizens can do about it; and we Malaysians have sort of done it to a lesser degree in the March 2008 general elections.

Having said that, do you rationally think that Pakatan Rakyat would cease the practice of marginalization should it manage to wrest control of the federal government. Nay. It's going to stay - forever, unless you have more non-Malay MPs than Malay MPs in Parliament. That is probable but near impossible, right?

Do you think there is no marginalization in Penang, Kedah, Perak and Kelantan?

That's why I say marginalization is a way of life in Malaysia.

But thanks God Almighty now that you have come to your sense. Don't resign. Fight from within. Don't fight from outside. You lose your bargaining power once you're outside. Nobody has gained anything fighting from outside. Continue to champion for the Indians' cause. Malaysian minority like the Indians need you. But don't la go to the press to wash dirty line in public.

Good luck, Mani.
