Round 1 to PKR with the frog from Bota.
Round 2 looks more favourable to UMNO - with special thanks to the Election Commission, which ruled that the purported undated resignation letters sent in by the frogs of Behrang and Changkat Jering were not valid.
With this, the frogging saga continues and is expected to be more dramatic.
The decision of the EC would now allow the Behrang and Changkat Jering frogs to "really" jump and show their true frogging, croaking sound. Before this, for fear of losing their seats and thus unable to jump, they just issued denial after denial; and even made police reports. UMNO wouldn't want these smelly, stinky crabs without their seats anyway. UMNO wouldn't want ordinary PKR members anyway.
Looking on the brighter side, the decision of the EC is a win-win. The 2 frogs win. UMNO wins. PKR wins and the rakyat wins. The EC also wins.
Aided by the EC, the 2 frogs get to keep their seats and get to lay their hands on the purported cool RM10m each. Whao!!!
UMNO wins because they get to keep the 2 useless, smelly, stinky, good-for-nothing frogs. UMNO wins because the purported RM10m spent on the 2 frogs is not their money anyway. Anyhow UMNO can keep the ex-postman and low-ranking ex-army officer in their rank la. No big deal. They're not really highly-rated, brainy or educated assemblymen anyway.
PKR wins because they get to keep the money they would be spending had by-elections be held.
The EC wins because it needs not go through the hassle of handling another hectic and energy-sapping by-election.
The rakyat wins because their tax money is now not spent on the by-elections.
But wait a minute. No. No. The rakyat does not win. They lose anyhow - with or without the by-elections. The purported RM10m "frogging commission" paid to the 2 frogs is actually the rakyat money, not UMNO's. Whao!!!!

Rightly said. The real losers are the rakyat. All money spend - be it by Umno is from the taxpayers, the rakyat.
Thinking of what's to become of Malaysia makes me really sick and fed up.

I think the EC has exceeded its jurisdiction. Undated presigned resignation letters are not valid. My foot.
The EC has erred in its judgment. It should have verified the authenticity of the resignation letters, not doubting the intention.
But that's nothing abnormal of the EC. It has and will always be on its political masters' side, irregardless of who the Chairman is.
It's an extremely loyal dog to Umno, its masters.
Stupid, corrupted EC. Where did they get the idea they are empowered to make such decision?
Constitutionally under article 113 EC is compelled to call a by election after a seat is declared vacant.
To do this the speaker must present evidence like resignation letters, death cert or a court conviction of an assemblyman.
The EC here has cleverly subverted the role of the speaker by declaring that it had a right to peruse authencity of documents tendered to it.
Its role is to carry out what was decided by 'State Assembly' in the case of state assemblymen and 'Parliament' in the case of MPs.
A clear proof, EC is downright corrupt and running dog for UMNO!
