The Selangor PAS Youth submitted a memoradum to the Selangor Mentri Besar’s office to protest against plans to have Ella and Mas Idayu perform at the match on July 6.
The move by PAS has upsetted the Sultan of Selangor who threatened to call off future Sultan of Selangor Cup matches between his state and Singapore if the protest by the state PAS Youth against two artistes performing for the event went ahead.
What a joke? In this cyber age, decent singers (or artises) are not allowed to perform in public. State PAS Youth chief Sallehen Mokhyi said the movement felt that performances by the singers were inappropriate as it would be attended by many youngsters.
Maybe it's time PAS considers banning all forms of entertaintment as many youngsters are hooked on. Future Malaysia will see no cinemas and theatres, TVs, home videos, wayang kulit, dikir barat, makyong, menora, Akademi Fantasia, Malaysia Idol, So You Can Dance etc etc

Karpal Singh had been recently accused of showing disrespect to the Sultan of Perak for saying that the Sultan had no say in the transfer of the state religious coulcil head; and to the Sultan of Kelantan for saying that the Sultan's speech contained racial overtone. There were big brohoha over the issues, especially among those claiming to champion the right of the Malays and Islam.
My question to them. Isn't Selangor PAS Youth chief, Sallehin Mohkyi showing grave disrecpect to the Sultan of Selangor? Are they applyng the same standard to Sellehin as well, as they put on Karpal?
These extremists would dare to stand up to accuse their own brothers? They only dare to accuse others - who are different from them.

Now, they were going to the Selangor State Government to tell them what can be done and cannot be done in Selangor. Is Selangor PAS Youth or the PAKATAN RAKYAT running the government?
Hopefully Tan Sri Khalid stands firm on this issue, otherwise he will become a puppet of the Selangor PAS Youth
